The Goun Plate

Exclusively for Material.  Beautifully cradle every meal with The Goun Collection from Korean ceramicist Soilbaker. Softly speckled and elegantly curved, these ceramics are inspired by the moon jar, a Korean symbol of identity.

A light-as-air dinner plate, The Goun Collection features rounded shapes and thin edges, accentuated by a glowing moon-white glaze. A modern spin on traditional techniques, The Goun Collection turns your table into a daily work of art.

Eunice and Dave started the studio because kitchen drawers were full of melted plastic and one-use gadgets. The work is designed 100% in-house: prepware, knives, cookware, and table pieces you reach for daily and keep for a lifetime.

Every object is built as an heirloom for the modern home cook, backed by a lifetime guarantee.
