Return policy

Material KitchenL wants the piece to live in your kitchen. If it does not, write [email protected] so we can start a return or replacement.

Unused items in original packaging can come back within 30 days of delivery unless the product page says otherwise. Personalized pieces and final-sale SKUs are not returnable.

Lifetime guarantee covers manufacturing defects on tools built to last. Normal wear, misuse, and dishwasher damage on pieces marked hand-wash sit outside that coverage.

Original outbound shipping is not refunded. We ship return labels for the continental US when the return is approved.
